AKAKIOGA COSPLAY

Akakioga Cosplay is an internationally recognized cosplayer, beginning her cosplay journey in 2014.

An anime, video game, and comics lover, her cosplays spread far and wide between all three genres, sharing that love in all the cosplays she creates! She specializes in craftsmanship with an emphasis on needlework and foamsmithing, but dabbles in all sorts of crafty shenanigans!

She has worked closely with well recognized brands such as Blizzard Entertainment, Obsidian Entertainment and Viz Media, and Cincinnati local indy game company Gylee Games. And has been noticed by other brands such as Microsoft and Crunchyroll. Being a black cosplayer within the community, Aka is a huge advocate for people of color in the cosplay world.

By using her social media platforms to spread positive representation, she aspires to raise awareness and bring inclusivity into the cosplay community!
